Become a Play agent in LEGO House

LEGO House is the home of the brick. It is LEGO’s learning and experience house in Billund. Every year, LEGO House needs to hire 50-70 new part-time employees to take care of guests. They must appeal to prospective talents in creative ways to compete with employers in the area who are also hiring.

Most amusement parks’ employer branding content features a park manager explaining the job positions. To stand out, we decided to highlight the unique, playful experience that you can only get at LEGO House. What better way to do this than to spotlight an acrobatic main character? It made clear that LEGO House is looking for talents with the right personality and energy, not just the right list of past work experiences.

Within a week of the film’s release, LEGO House received more than 240 applications. They ultimately hired 73 new employees. This campaign was their most successful recruitment campaign.
