Mini documentary

Diving deep to explore the stars

In the autumn of 2023, Sebastian Aristotelis, the co-founder and lead architect of the innovative architecture studio SAGA, embarked on a remarkable 48-hour mission. His destination? An underwater habitat designed for astronaut training and oceanic research – an essential step toward SAGA’s audacious dream of venturing into outer space.

After completing their LUNARK mission in Northern Greenland, they began searching for the next environment to test their habitat designs. The underwater environment is the most accurate simulation of space we have on Earth, so naturally, they had to go underwater.

SAGA decided to turn the mission into a mini-documentary to reach the largest audience possible and attract new investors for upcoming projects.

The decision proved to be a strategic one, as the mini-documentary quickly gained traction on various social media platforms, most notably Imgur. Their adventure also caught the attention of prominent news sites like Videnskab.dk, further amplifying their reach and impact.
